....I have stayed at all three, in the best rooms that they offer however my own personal choice always leads me back to the Palazzo.
Four weeks plus a year whether I need it or not.
I stay at the Palazzo because it is newer than its sister property the Venetian.
I also stay because IMHO I feel that the Palazzo / Venetian complex offers the very best restaurant and lounge choices on the strip that suit my individual taste.
If shopping is in fact of interest to you there is always the Grand Canal Shoppes.
I'm thinking about coming out to Vegas in a couple weeks and found a couple deals. Basically, I can stay at the palazzo, the Venetian, or the bellagio for the same price. Which hotel would u guys choose? Thanks.
upscale. You will like any of them. Personally, I would stay at Bellagio just because it seems so centrally located for everything. It has the walkway over to City Center, if you are with someone that likes to shop you have Miracle Mile shops right across the street by Planet Hollywood and then the Forum Shops across the street at Cesar's Palace. Room service is always outstanding. They seem to bend over backwards to make sure their guests have an enjoyable stay. Just make sure you get one of LV's finest to cum visit you too while you are there because they too will literally "bend over backwards" to make sure you have a great time!!!! Enjoy your stay in V E G A S!!!
Bellagio.. the hotel has a great location, beautiful casino but some of the rooms are getting out. Watch they don’t stick you in a “mountain view room”, that means the highway, unless you get a lower floor with a pool view.
Palazzo/Venation… the P is newer so that would be my first choice of the two. V is also nice but it sometimes takes forever to get from the room to the casino floor.
I would have to agree with Romeo and say the Palazzo.I like this hotel the best out of all of the choices all of the rooms are suites.I also like it better than the venetian since it is a more new addition to the property they have wonderful restaurants. Also if you want to eat at the Venetian it is right there. Just a comparison on the rooms Palazzo has Bellagio beat. Have fun here in Vegas on your trip!
Palace (OJ) Station. It's not close to much, it's old and smokey and it has a Subway restaurant. I don't see that the others could hold a candle to that.
Sometime lurker here... They are all beautiful properties and require you to meet your lady friend in the lobby unless she has key. I have a friend that is very private and always picks the Palazzo. why? He can meet me on the mostly deserted shoppes level versus bustling casino level. Just a thought.
The original "motel" building from back when it was the Mini Price Motor Inn.
I remember a ways back (around 2003 or so) I scheduled with a girl coming in from out of town. I had never met her before, had only corresponded by e-mail and talked to her on the phone. However, she wanted me to book a room for her to stay in while she was in Las Vegas. Being the big spender that I am, I booked her a Courtyard room at the Palace Station. $20 per night!
Good thing that is all that I did. She never showed up! I didn't want to lose my $20 for the first night, so I stayed overnight in the room. A few days later she phoned to apologize that she couldn't make it. Turns out that she was the guest of the taxpayers at some county lock-up somewhere due to a D.U.I. arrest.
