I quit many years ago after smoking for over ten years. I was very good at it and smoked at least a pack a day. After the first two weeks my mood was better but the first two weeks were crummy. I found though as time passed after that first two weeks, the only time a I missed smoking was 1) When I was doing something out of the ordinary where I had enjoyed smoking before(like making a long distance drive for instance) or 2) hanging out in a bar drinking with my friends. Everything else became easier as time went on Kadi. I wish you well in your fight. It is well worth it!! You can do it! I did and I confess I once enjoyed smoking(to be perfectly honest here)

I like that...I like that a lot...can I use that? Wait...Owww...the irony it hurts.
In all honesty, the first thought I had when I read that line was that I would have to steal it...then the irony of stealing a line about people using their own imaginations hit me...and now my brain hurts...so i'll stay off it for the rest of the day.
