I am in my fifties and remember when I could take my date somewhere where we could dance, both fast and slow, and then have a drink and hear each other talk.  So much of LV seems to be for 20 somethings and heavy base pounding raves.  Great for exercise and to go deaf, but not to spent time with someone.

Do any places like I am looking for exist or am I just a dinosaur to the past.
