I do like the Palazzo. The rooms are very nice. And yes, the bathrooms are large, but there is a little variance depending on what type of room you get. There is security that checks room keys at the elevator, so if you are not ok with meeting a lady downstairs and escorting her up, you may want to look elsewhere...
Have to meet downstairs, other than that its a nice hotel.

The Palazzo does do security checks, just as the other ladies have said... & the rooms are very nice!

One summer I stayed there for one week. The information the others gave is spot on. I enjoyed my stay there. The pool was fun in the summer especially the pay pool. The Del Toro restaurant has excellent service. Plus, I ordered a particular wine and they only had enough for one glass. They ended up compping all my wine at the end of my meal. Then they discounted my bill 20%. During the morning when the casino isn't busy, they will teach you a game and the per play/hand is less.

to have a staycation. If you're a sports nut, Lagasse's Stadium is one of the best sports bar in town. Security is there all day and night as the others state. I've met provider's downstairs and always escort them up. I personally have never had a problem with that.
As other ladies have mentioned there is security at the elevators checking for key.
However I have been there quite a few times in the day time and just walked right by security and they never said anything.
But majority of the time security will ask.
So meet your provider downstairs.The shower is okay not as spacious as I have seen in other properties but it does the job
The rooms are nice all of them are suites same as the Venetian with the separate living/seating area
I know you are a connoisseur of trying new restaurants.
I would suggest for restaurants at the Palazzo Grand Luxe Cafe(owned by cheesecake factory but a different menu)
Carne Vino Mario Batali's italian steakhouse very good food and service just beware the steaks are slightly pinker than other steakhouses due to the dry aging process.
I would also suggest Lavo great food and the meatballs and steak was fabulous.
Also one more restaurant YardBird if you like southern cooking the food was amazing!

Even with security, its still a great place. We haven't had any issues before.. Great bathrooms as well, obviously there will be some variations

You do need room key to access. they have a central bar close to elevators.
IF you get a rental, their parking is great. Right under the casino.
OPTION TO MEET.
You can access the elevators on the second floor. Meet your lady at the helix bar, or outside one of the great shops - restaurants (Table 10).
HINT:
If you are a really nice guy....you can meet your lady outside Victoria's Secret and do some shopping before going to the room.

Venetian have just re-modeled their rooms and Palazzo are in the process of doing the same.
The separate living room can be a lot of fun...nice couch area----so much space to play.
Shower is standard.
Restaurants:
Delmonico steakhouse is very nice. Bare room -tomato soup with ricotta cheese sandwich.
Yardbird - fried chicken and watermelon
Cut - steakhouse, dark and intimate
Casino Floor
Venetian has new carpet in their casino and sports book is amazing. Palazzo is a little aged and smoke smell still present in casino
I have stayed their several times and have always had a great time. As far as security their is such a flow of people coming and going just a quick flash of your room key card as you and the lady walk by is all their is re: security. I do also always request a room on a higher floor on the side that has a great view of the lights at night. I am a romantic, lol.
