When women are reviewed the reviewer often says, "she gave me a great BBBJ". Hey, reviewers, it would be a lot more helpful if you said what made her BBBJ so great.  Particularly I would be interested in whether she could deep throat. (look at Suzie's review on TER for a good example of multiple reviewers who gave her a specific thumbs up on deep throat).  Very helpful. I have found that most hobbyists who like bbbj are find deep throat to be the penulitimate. Anyone out there who has a deep throat provider at 200 or less, please E-mail me. I believe you misunderstand the definition of the word penultimate.  From the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, the definition of penultimate is: next to the last.  The way you use it in your sentence makes it sound as if there is one more type of action besides deep throat that would be the ultimate.
