It would be cool, a few times a year, if you had a 300.00 special on a slow weekday for all the girls. It would drum up more business long term. Just a suggestion. I respect the girls freedom to charge whatever they want.

Believe what you want but the way an "agency" or referral works is they take a big percentage off the top typically about 25-30% - sometimes more. I suspect at $500 the agency takes about $150-200 and the girl keeps any tip. So the girl can charge what she wants but she's still splitting it with the agency.
This is a business, there are overhead fees associated as with any business. I personally take those 4am phonecalls from my friends when and after every single date. I spend just as much time telling them about you before each date.
Like I've mentioned before, these ladies are my friends....they trust me, and I trust them. We have a fantastic circle of friends and I am honored to call each one of them such. In no way are do they feel slighted or cheated. If they did then they wouldn't work with us.
