I'm just wondering if we are on the edge of the next big thing in escort advertising?  A few days ago a post caught my eye, ok it was the photo in the post.  When I went to the site I saw that the provider Ashely Jade had posted a short video of herself on her site.  I watched the video and it gives you a much better idea of who will be on the other side of the door when the lady knocks.  I think it would be great to see more ladies who feel comfy with that putting up short videos of themselves on their sites as it would be helpful in making up your mind as to if you wanted to see the lady or not.  I think this is cutting edge and could have almost the same impact as when the ladies first started to use the net to advertise themselves.

Lets keep this thread going w some research guys...
It's a big investment for the girls but I do believe the high end girls who do them right will see a big ROI.

I don't do marketing, but a friend of mine does and she told me that if someone takes the time to watch a short video clip of a business on the businesses website, the chance that the person will make contact with that particular business triples.  

The people that sell the yellow page ads are really pushing for businesses to do short video clips about their business to put up on the business website.

I've started to notice that as well.   I think videos provide more clarity on the person you might be meeting more so than a photo can.  I would love to see more providers taking the time to invest in this.  I think it will be well worth their effort.  And based on this thread, it would be very much appreciated by the hobbyist.

Ok, so we know this is a great marketing tool.

The first one I saw was very sophisticated, and shot in NYC, which is a very high end market that is hugely competitive.  You are lost w/o really bringing attention to yourself as there are so many women working.  Similar to Vegas in that respect.  
NYC and Vegas have the most Lovely Ladies in the country.

A marketing video HAS to be done well, and look nothing like porn.

High quality video is usually $1000 a minute to shoot, $1000 a minute to edit, and $1000 each time you change location.

I agree, it should not be porn.... probably pg-13 or cleaner.  It should be about personality and "fun".

So many problems with overly photoshopped women, unrealistic actual looks and added years and pounds...

Many hobbyists have complained to me about being let down so many times in the past that I figured I'd represent myself as I really am and look in REALITY.  Nothing against a professional video in any way.  But, my point was to NOT have it professional.  For the same reason I'll post candid pics from time to time.  

There's something to be said for just being you as a person and it's less intimidating to newbies or gentlemen who are generally intimidated or shy by nature.  Just my opinion.

that girl's video is nice but no need for that at all...i'd imagine most girls have a webcam or iphone or whatever...just put something sexy and say hello and maybe give a little dance and keep it to 30 seconds...forget wasting money on professionals...

This is on my to-do list.  I plan on doing a seductive video of myself in lingerie or perhaps one where I tease down to lingerie.  But I am going to use either my IPhone or webcam and the help of a friend, a la your style.  I am very keen on keeping things real these days so this seems like my best option.  A few years ago I would spend thousands of dollars on photo shoots where my photographer would end up editing my images beyond my comfort zone-giving me a tan, shrinking my waistline, etc...  While I still use a professional photographer, my most recent images are all unaltered aside from facial blurring.  I am much more satisfied with these images than the old ones.

That said, I do not want to spend money on making a video that is "professional" grade.  I would rather keep it tastefully sensual and very real.

I do agree...Halle's video is gorgeous but I really enjoyed yours more.    Thank you for inspiring me!
