What night club or bar is ideal for lots of ladies 30-40 range, some dancing, but kind of casual and laid back, able to get away from the loud music and talk. not too expensive.

1. Palazzo
2. Encore.

I would select Encore

Also Venetian used to have a nice band playing in a lounge - not too sure if they still do that,

when I was at Paris' Piano Bar, Napoleon's, recently, there was an awesome Quartet  band playing, good singalong music! XO
