Even if UConn makes it, their joy may be short lived.  The NCAA is investigating recuriting violations that may lead to punishment which could include probation and forfeiture of championships and fines.

I certainly didn't mean to ruffle anyone's feathers! lol

Awww, my baby Jayhawks wilted at the end!  Oh well, the kids overachieved this year and one can never ask for more than that.

OK over NC - Griffin fouls out Hansbrough (wishful thinking, but loyal to Big 12).

UConn over MO - (if you saw the Jayhawks dismantle Mizzou by 25, that's what could happen.  But I'll admit MO looks a little more confident right now.)

Louisville over MSU - L'ville won't let the Big 10'ners keep it in the 60's, and will roll big time.

Pitt/Villanova - toss up.  Picked Pitt earlier, but Vill is playing better right now.

It's not as much fun once your team is out, but at least I can get out the DVD of last year's National Championship and cherish the memory!

In the Hartford area back in the early 90's, but mostly lived nearby in upstate NY. Few of my family members have gone to UConn. Been a fan since I was a little girl .... I remember them when they were not even yet in division I. Calhoun has done such an amazing job since coming here. I am SO proud of the way this team has responded since Dyson went down for the year. Kemba Walker is going to be a star in the future! *Big Smile*
