How many providers will it take to completely empty the cups of 12 to 15 guys?  1 over 12 hrs?  2 over 6 hrs? 3 over 3 hrs? 4 over 1.5 hrs?

You want providers to submit requests to you?!  Instead of doing the work, figuring out who you want and asking??
