I finally met with someone in Vegas yesterday. I wanted someone faily new, that way I'd know she was still tight. We had loads of fun, but I'm about to take a business trip to Phoenix next Wednesday. Can anyone recommend a good provder there? I think I'm addicted
Kegel excercises are excellent. The pelvic floor is made up of 7 layers of muscles. And as with any muscle, the more you use it, the stonger it gets............... (she used to be a mid-wife).............
BTW- They make a small weight lifting kit for men designed to help them increase their pelvic floor muscle because most erectile dysfunction is caused by lack of pelvic floor muscles, increasing the pressure on the prostate and blocking blood vessles. Remember, pelvic floor muscles hold up all of your internal organs.
If you can't find what you want here in Phoenix, you haven't done your homework! Read some recent reviews, both authored by myself and others, and your questions will be answered.
On that note, practicing Pilates not only strengthens the core muscles + develops all-over tone + enhances posture and balance etc., but the exercises also strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. Movements that require engaging the deepest ab muscles (transversus) also include engaging the pelvic floor muscles, so it's a fun way to kill two birds with one stone. And men, most Pilates instructors are really cute girls!
I would love to do some ~advanced~Pilates~moves with you! Just don't forget to buy a stability ball as well--with ball exercises you will have incredible results! ;>
