My favorites change as I keep finding better ones. My first were the ones in the RIO. Then Gallagher's in NYNY;Mon Ami Gabi in Paris; and, later Bouchon & Letuce in the Venetian. But now I'm addicted to the Eiffel Tower one. Any suggestions?

Delmonico's, Nine, Nobu, Prime.  You cannot go wrong at any of these.

has a great steak house. service is very good and so is the food.

3) Aureole (Mandalay)
4) Joe's (Caesars-Forum Shops)
5) Michaels (Barbary Coast)

(1) and (5) are particularly remarkable.

Coffee Shop division:

1) Caribe Cafe (Mirage) (actually, the gold, silver and bronze, IMHO)

2) Mr. Lucky's (Hard Rock- #6's personal favourite)

3) Studio Cafe (MGM)

Grand Lux (Venetian) has been a disappointment the last couple of times out.

Zefferino and Aureole.

I'm partial to Charlie Palmer's at the Four Seasons and Michael Mina's at Bellagio.

Fix at Bellagio has been good forme with some late night sushi.

The steak house at Circus-circus, Old school, awesome steaks.
