The lips will get more puckered and full, as the lips are trained in that position, they tone. Facial muscles are just like any other muscle in the body. If they are excercised, they will tone that way. The jaw will get more lean and chiseled. Neck muscles tighten, which will get rid of any double chin. The space between the sides of  nose and the cheekbones will tighten and the overall effect will be tight, toned, chiseled, and youthful. This is perhaps one of the best excercises you can do for your facial muscles.

HOWEVER... according to the article,  the size is very important. Too small or too big can cause undesirable wrinkles / stretching. Luckily, I just so happen to be the exact size for the perfect facial toning desired.

Also in the article was that swallowing is good for the hair, eyes and nails. Further studies are currently underway to prove the theory that swallowing is the next fountain of youth since ladies that swallow appear to be healthier and look younger then ladies that do not swallow.
