Hello TER,

This may seem strange for me to make an introduction on the TER boards like this, but I wanted to explain a few things - and offer an explanation for possible coming events involving myself and the hobby. I do this both because I feel a loyalty to the TER community that has treated me so well, and in the event that I am unable to make it to any appointments with TER members in the coming weeks.

As some of you who know me may be aware, I have been dealing with a stalker/obsessive fan for the past year. He started off as a fan of my online modeling work, chatted with me by instant messenger daily. I have never seen him, not even a photo. I have never met him or spoken with him on the phone. I reiterated to him on many occasions I was not interested in him as anything but an online friend. But somehow he developed this fixation on me, and thought we should "be together".

As soon as my provider ads and reviews here on TER popped up in June of last year he truly flipped out. He is doing everything online he can to try to deter me from being an escort/companion. He has hounded my live cam shows thru my membership site, demeaning me. He has contacted TER members here via private messages behaving as if he's a client who has seen me as well, all in the effort to get more info on me. Unfortunately he was able to get quite a bit of info as the result of a background check investigation done on me without my consent, and is now able to threaten myself, my home, my family, and loved ones.

He has now moved on to learn to "spoof" IP addresses and email accounts. What this does it make it appear he's sending an email from someone who has never sent it. He did this to effectively impersonate me via email a few weeks ago - as some of you may remember my ads and reviews disappearing? He sent emails that appeared to be from "me" to TER, Eros, etc. requesting all my ads taken down and my reviews removed.

Though he has never made a direct threat to me via email/messages/camshows, he has alluded to it many times. He seems to know at what point he would cross the law and tiptoes around it while thinly veiling his threats toward me and my family.

The reason I'm laying all this out here for you now is that I have received another threat from him in the past 2 days which pertained to the hobby. While the IP the email was sent from and the address had been "spoofed", it was clearly from him. He threatens that, "A very big bomb is going to drop this weekend if vegasjulie.com and all things related are still up and running as of friday midnight."

I want to make everyone aware of this should something happen to me that affects the hobby over the weekend and coming weeks. While I seriously doubt he would have anything done or do anything physical to me, I do believe he would do something to impact my providership status. I want you all to know that I want to be in the hobby, I truly enjoy it. I will not be taking down my ads and website just to submit to an obviously crazy, obsessed person.

You're right, the thought had crossed my mind. But to be honest this obsession of his started before I got involved in the hobby (which was June 2004), so I have a feeling this would have happened either way and is simply a mental imbalance on his part. It's sad to think there are probably medications out there that would allow people like this to lead content, productive lives - if they could just find a way to them.

I would forward this information and related instances, which amount to stalking to both the local PD and the FBI.  Play safe, not sorry.

The Internet, being such an impersonal tool of communication, attracts more than its fair share of wack jobs. Looks like you hit the jackpot here. Hope you can get rid of him. Getting a restraining order would be a first step int he right direction, if you haven't done so already.

I know two escorts who were stalked at different times in the past couple of years.  At first they tried to tough it out but it was difficult--the worry and psychological pressure were unreal.

Finally, they couldn't take the pressure and "retired."

As they laid low, they saw only their regulars and asked them to keep quiet. Then they came back with different names and web sites that were designed to look totally different from before. One lady blurred her face while the other didn't show any head shots at all. They upped their screening to be much tougher than before.

So far they have been successful; their stalkers never caught on and finally the obnxious emails and threats of outing ceased.

It would be terrible if an obsessive creep made a lady quit the business, but it is possible to "quit" and come back.

I'm very sorry to hear about this. I've had the "stalker experience" too (for over 2 years before moving here from Hawaii) and I know what a frustratingly disruptive ordeal it is.

I'm a Las Vegas local who'd like to see you, but given your experience, I can understand why you may not see locals. Some of the ladies do and some don't for obvious reasons. Best of luck to you with this moron.

Thanks for offering your help to Julie. I can only imagine what your "creative" countermeasures might be but, whatever they are, these creeps certainly deserve it.

Now onto more positive thoughts for the TER community - Julie and Nikki are simply the two most beautiful, sexy and fun individuals I've had the pleasure of spending time with in Vegas. Although I've only had one date with each of them, I have plans to see them again very soon...or maybe...just maybe...I might see both of them together. (Shaking head from side to side) I think that would kill me though...but what a way to go.

This sounds all to familar to me.  I'm going threw some of the same things now, but mine is with someone I trusted.  All my ads are disappearing or she has paid for them so I can't access them.  My clients are receiving od e-mails and estranged phone calls.  People think they really have the power to control what we do and how we do it.  They don't realize at the same time just like you said this is something we want to do and as long as it's like that we will keep over coming the adversity and showing people that they can't stop us, you only make us stronger!!!
