Your best bet to get a date is to contact them now. The sooner the better. Get an idea of who has what you want, who you click with and go from there. They are all busy ladies who have a life outside of this. The top ladies if you make a date with them will be there, or call if they can't. Some if the can't make it will give you another option or rescheudle you. Things happen. On my last trip very little went as I had planned, but I still had a great trip and a great time.
