The Silverado Steakhouse down at the South Pointe is pretty good too. Really darlin' most are pretty good anywhere in Vegas.

I think Del Friscos Double Eagle Steakhouse in the Hughs Center and Morels in Palazzo are exceptional.

Prime is excellent, as is Delmonico at Venetian (my personal favorite) and SW at Wynn

I have not ate at that restaurant but I have had friends that say it is very good.One of my favorite steak restaurants is Capital Grille outside the Fashion Show across from the Wynn.Excellent food and service.

Highly recommend Botero at the Encore, great steakhouse and they have a few more exotic things like frog legs appetizer. Yum!

But you can get a 5 star steak (or other meal) at the Stratosphere. Everything they serve is the best cut, meticulously prepared, tenderly and professionally served. Even the house wines are top shelf and the view is killer, of course. You could die for the sauce on the lamb loin chops if not from the chops alone. Highly recommended.
