I was called away for a family emergency, but can't get over my disappointment at having to leave in such a scurry. To those that i have clearly disappointed, all I can do is simply apologize. I am truely the 'lesser' at having missed our meetings. I humbly ask your forgivness.

We'll do it again I'm sure. We'll still be here though! ;)

and I had to cancel an evening with Lovely Lorena that same day.

She was a total  class act at this last minute cancelation,  recognized that these things happened, and refused all offers of compensation. She wished me well and has occassionally kept in touch with Face Book invitations.

Guess who is first on my list on my next trip? The great ones understand and, if you have selected wisely, forgiveneness will either be unnecessary or forthcoming.

maybe later. And yes; the class acts will  receive my gratitude.

It would be nice if LV changed the motto to "what went to Vegas STAYED in Vegas" !

Ummmmmmmmmm Sweety....life happens and there are more pressing needs than PLAYING AROUND IN VEGAS, and worrying about his tool! If the man said he had a family emergency then he did!

The ONLY thing consistent about life is CHANGE! Get with the program!

Keep it moving OSP...take care of your people! Vegas will be here when you get back! Sending positive thoughts.....

OSP, Vegas ain't going anywhere. And neither are we.

Peace brother

Thank you Allure for saying what I couldn't put into words without being rude about it.

Family emergencies happen.  At least this man had the decency to apologize for having to cancel, even though I don't think it was warranted in this case.

Most guys who cancel on these terms wouldn't have so much as sent an email canceling, they just wouldn't have answered their phones when the time came around for the appt.

OSP, take care, sorry to hear about the emergency.  I too am sending positive thoughts :)

But these ladies have class. They know the implications of not realizing the dates. The lost revenue, and time spent with a gent. And what do they do? Wish the guy the best in his situation and leave it open for him to return.

Fuck. Wish I was that understanding...

Like Smarty says in the thread below, OK, we get it already. Could you guys stop? Please?

Seriously, there are ALL KINDS of similar situations in the real world. If it turns out that I need to reschedule my 6 months/5,000 mile maintenance on my car a week or two later because there's a schedule conflict, you think my mechanic's going to blacklist me, or do you think the mechanic will be fine with me canceling an appointment? Or elective surgery- think a doctor would have problems if my aunt died and I needed to reschedule because of the funeral? Maybe reviewing some stuff with my lawyer and I get nailed with jury duty?

The sooner you (and some of your cohorts) realize THIS IS A BUSINESS: YOU GET LAID, SHE GETS PAID, and not an outlet for your unrealized romantic feelings and ongoing relationship issues (hint: "therapist" is NOT a synonym for "provider", or "courtesan", or some other, less PC names for this particular career path), the better off we're all going to be. This is not to say that kindness and consideration don't deserve to be part of your relationship with your provider- we all appreciate this in our lives, whether it's you doing something nice for your provider or your accountant spotting you a round of golf on his tab as a "thanks for your business". But honestly, keep some perspective here.

So, no, the provider who reaccommodates you on her schedule isn't being the most awesomest person ever. They're just doing a good job of running a business and providing good customer service (ha ha) as a highly paid professional... and sometimes, you have to go with the flow when your clients have problems with their schedules. That's it, nothing more.

Tell you the truth, lost interest during the first paragraph.

Hard to take someone seriously when they post under an alias.

I'm sure you have valid points, but like I said, no reviews, no cred.

Don't see the point of arguing with someone that hides.

Just me I guess....

I could swear you've complimented some aliases on this very board. Unfortunately, the moderators have done some cleaning up, so can't point this out to you, but if you sniff sniff around, I'm sure you could get the scent of what I am getting at. Seems like your aversion to aliases only applies when they're not on YOUR side of the argument.

As for why I might post in alias form...

http://www.theeroticreview.com/discussion_boards/viewmsg.asp?MessageID=55431&boardID=33

"Innocuous playing of "devils advocate" in a discussion or debate where one wishes to not be further/future aligned with one faction or the other.  If you look at the GD Board, there are providers who have flat out stated that they won't see someone based on some of their posts.  Why would any guy take the chance."

"Avoidance of suffering political fallout for a comment that may have been wrongly construed in a possibly volatile discussion.  Some of these regular posters are hyper-sensitive, and also don't read the whole post before going ballistic."

Maybe I want to see Tasha, but am not interested in having her know I'm tired of watching her superfluous shill parade/phalanx of white knights. Christ, she doesn't need them- I think her posting history shows she's a big girl and handles herself just fine, and she has a ton of reviews. Don't you all have something better to do?

So you want to see Tasha? Are you asking for my permission? Tasha is her own lady!

I don't know what you're getting at.

Get over yourself and know she rocks!

And I can say this because she and I are friends.

But if you do want to see her, I suggest you get off your high-horse!

She don't like that shit, I'll guarantee ya!

Well, you know what they say, there's none so blind as one who will not see.

So... anyways, toodles, I'm sure you have a steak dinner to plan for, right? Enjoy your time in Vegas, and please spend lots of cash- the local economy needs it. Oh, and come back soon.

MP67, you need to read your posts & pretend you didn't write them & try & understand what a shill/white knight you're coming off as.

I thought Tasha was my friend for 3 years...

Maybe that's the answer--  we can quarantine the manginas in LV !  :-)

of ladies who get canceled on at the last minute who take a strict business approach to the problem - they expect to be paid anyway (and there is some merit to that), or they post on the Board complaining about cancellations, and you know you are the reason,  and sometimes they are so annoyed they announce  deposit policies.

No one thinks "the provider who reaccommodates you on her schedule isn't being the most awesomest person ever," but when one does respond with understanding and compassion, there's no harm in publicly acknowledging that, is there?

To suggest that either the OP or myself has "lost our perspective" and to implore "could you guys stop it please"
is a bit ridiculous, don't you agree?

Might want to look at your recent posting history and the OP's to see if there are some significant differences that could account for that.

That being said, considering who just showed up, I'll drop the matter.

you that impression.

And yes; I wish I could have stayed(my intended duration anyway).

My two cents from the kosher cajun

Hope all is well with your family and we get to meet some other time
