I never had a regular thing, but I would try looking for a reply from the ladies as to what is good for both parties involved.

I would say it all depends on the lady involved. Assuming you have been seeing her regularly for at least six months and that you are willing to pay in advance, I think many women would accept something along the lines of $2000. That would net you a free hour ever 4 months, sort of like a frequent flyer bonus!
