I don't know of any indies in Fallon. You might have to go to Reno or Carson City for those. But there is a legal brothel about ten miles east of town on highway 50. There used to be two, but I heard one of them is closed pending a sale and I'm not sure it is back open yet under new management. Anyway, you could get lucky and find a real nice girl in there (I did once!) and the rates are a lot more reasonable than the ones near Carson City!
There are currently NO legal brothels open in Churchill County, NV (where Fallon serves as the county seat). The Salt Wells Ranch east of town closed several years ago and its license was revoked by the county. A group is trying to get a new operation licensed for a location near Leeteville Junction (near where Alternate & mainline U.S. 50 meet), but has run into zoning problems.
I doubt any indie escorts would travel to Fallon, unless a substantial deposit was paid up front (especially with gasoling prices the way they are right now). I would say the best bet for the gentleman visiting Fallon would be to drive to one of the legal brothels in northwestern Storey County (off of I-80), or in Mound House (just east of Carson City along U.S. 50 in western Lyon County).
The Wild Horse Adult Resort contains two separate brothels: the Wild Horse Ranch and Lance's World Famous Brothel (in the relocated, renovated Mustang Ranch I building). It is located off I-80 at the Patrick (exit #28) about 46 miles west of Fallon. The Old Bridge Ranch is another 5-6 miles to the west, off the Mustang exit (#23).
The Mound House brothels are about 55 miles west-southwest of Fallon, off of U.S. 50. The Kit Kat Guest Ranch, Sagebrush Ranch, and BunnyRanch Two are all located together along Kit Kat Drive (south of Hwy 50 about a mile after the junction of Nevada S.R. 341). The Moonlite BunnyRanch lies just to the north of Hwy 50, and is accessed off of Red Rock Road, which is about another mile past Kit Kat Drive.
