Encore!

I have a great deal on the Wynn or the Encore. I've stayed at the Wynn in the past but never the Encore. The Encore seems a little further away but I hear that the Encore is more quiet. I may have an SO coming with or meeting me there. You Ll have given great advice in the past. Any thoughts on the Encore? Thanks in advance.

Although the Encore is slightly newer with different décor of course. Both are elegant and amazing.

Thanks Arden! You mentioned mirrors and size. I couldn't resist but those are two points I didn't know about. I like to watch too and like mirrors. Mirrors really add an addition vantage point that you couldn't see. I thought the encore was larger like the Palazzo or Venetian. Thanks again.

The Encore is next door to the Wynn. It is "considered" the north end of the strip either way. They are very similar. Encore is a bit smaller. Still great food etc.
I like the Encore cuz the all by the bed is mirrored... but hey I like to watch. :) Room size is similar in general Encore may be a bit smaller.

I Love the encore! I've stayed at both but I love the suites in the Encore. They feel more luxurious to me. And Arden is correct they have an entire wall of mirrors almost!!

As noted, it's bigger with mirrors galore. You can't go wrong with either, if those are your choices but I'd stay at the Encore.

I have made my decision. I booked the Encore. The mirrors and the overwhelming vote for the Encore won me over. I booked the Encore. Thank you all. Great input from all.

They are great and location is only a bit of a difference. If I had to choose I would say the Wynn. I just like the feel of it when you walk in the main entrance.

They are in the middle of updating the rooms at Encore (Wynn already done)....

One thing I recall from the Encore room is the divider in the room  - bed on one side and couch on another.
Also, I do recall a Wall mirror in the Encore rooms.

Encore is further away - but the casino is quiet, not as busy as Wynn.

1. Meet your lady at Eastside bar. Have a relaxing drink while listening to Michael Monge
2. Retire to room for some exercise
3. Go down for romantic dinner at Sinatra or Andrea's (Andrea's have awesome semi-private boothes.

OK, the sad this I experienced all this alone about 1 year ago ( I was in vegas with a cold and felt it was not fair see any lady).

Have a good time

Have a great time. Encore is a nice quiet and elegant place.

For food - Sinatra and Andrea's are amazing. If you like to go over to Wynn to eat, go to Allegro and have Lasagna....

Finally if you want to see a show, Showstoppers is fun

Try for room on lower floors - I think, they remodel from bottom to top. Or you can ask to see if you can get a new room.

Thanks! I looked up your suggestions and they look great. The Eastside Bar looks good to meet for a drink. I may have a hot female friend from out of town join me. If she doesn't make the trip I have some TER girls in mind.

You will not be disappointed in your decision.
East side lounge is great. High limit bar is good and very close to Tower suites entrance. Over the years we have pretty much enjoyed all the restaurants on the Wynn/Encore property. If you are in Encore and want a bite to eat kind of quick try out Society.
Enjoy!

Thanks for the input! I've been to Society a couple of years ago and struck up a conversation with the bartender who is from my town. Have never been to Eastside or High Limit bar. I'm looking forward to the stay.

Thanks for the informative link. I keep seeing the advertisement for Showstoppers but have never been. I enjoy the shows. I always go to the Allegro even if I'm not staying there. I can wake up in the middle of the night my time (late evening Vegas time) and have a good meal and also people watch.
