Well, I'm packing up for yet another annual retreat to LV with the guys ... And as sure as I'm sitting here, I know one of my travelling companions is going to be looking for a "Taylor Swift" kind of lady... any thoughts out there?  Trip dates are April 27-30th .. And as always, THANK you TER!

Although she bears a striking resemblance to actress Leelee Sobieski, Tawny Brie would be my suggestion.

Are you looking for a 6 foot tall really thin girl? Are you looking for young? Are you looking for someone with curly blonde hair? Are you looking for someone who can sing? (Of course that is relative as I am not so sure Taylor can sing)

All of the above? That one would be tough!

Another poster mentioned Tawnie. She is definitely hott, has amazing reviews, is at the top of my to see list, but she is nowhere near 6 feet tall, and has no resemblence to Taylor Swift (IMO), but I am not the one with a Taylor fetish. Anyway hard to make recommendations when we don't know exactly what you are looking for. (Or which facet of Taylor your friend is looking for )
