There are some brothels, but I would suspect other then that it will be slim pickens

I can tell you,other than LV and Reno,you're gonna have problems finding an independent provider in Nevada.I was in Elko several years ago,and had a great regular working in PJ's Lucky Strike,there's at least three brothels.My advice;they'll ask you how much you're willing to spend,just ask them what the hourly rate is,and stick to that.
