Nothing wrong with a sports themed brothel, especially if the bar harmonizes well with the theme and features multiple tv screens. My problem is with the location. As I remember, to get to the Cherry Patch you could through Pahrump or go up the 395 until you came to the road that hooked in from Pahrump. Starting from LV it was about 90 miles either way. The brothel itself is in the middle of nowhere.
It would seem to me, if you wanted to do this, you would do it at one of the brothels in Pahrump. Not only are they closer, there are lots of other amenities in the area such as restaurant s and hotels. Of course I am sure my plan would cost millions; this will cost a fraction of that.
