I'm wondering if Vegas has reached an saturation point as far as providers go? For the longest time I used Erosguide, then went to "All Escorts" for a rough, yes imprecise, measure of how many providers were out there. Yes, I know not all providers advertise on Eros but it was the best measure one has. For the longest time that number would go between 200-250. 250 on the weekends, or maybe the adult w/e convention. Now, within the past 3-4 months that number hits well over 350 and is now up into 400 range.
The only reason I say this is a couple of the providers I had seen in the past couple months mentioned that business was "bad" and girls were going to "LA" and yada yada yada. Maybe "bad" is just a result of more and more providers and somewhat less tourists lately. Supply and demand.
Remember, joe sixpack is going to have less cash available to him now that the housing atm has dried up.
No, I'm not trolling just find it interesting to see this number to providers going up daily even though we are in the off season.
But here's one possibility; Vegas quite likely has the highest rates anywhere, and the national economy is supposedly slowing, some of them might be moving to Vegas to increase their income. If true, what I think they don't know is that Vegas also has some of the best providers on the planet. Could be rough going for at least a few of them!
At least 80% of the ads on Eros are from agencies using stock photos. (This is true for just about any escort advertising web site.) Each agency runs several different ads (each with a different phone number, but all go to the agency). If more ads are up, that just means each agency has increased the number of ads they have placed. There is not necessarily a correlation the number of placed and the number of escorts working.
ladies I know here are doing fine as ever. Not all of us need tourists. Most of the "better" known ladies here have high repeat clientele. Unless you start to see drastic "discounts" coming from popular ladies, I don't know how you could even guess if business is slow for us. The housing market has had no affect on my business. I cannot speak for others. Summer is slower for some providers, but we all know that and plan accordingly(tours, vacations etc.)
