I was wondering why providers ask clients if they have girlfriends?  Some of my male friends have said that they think that the ladies are trying to figure out what type of client you are.

...are married or have an SO.  That way they know he's not a lovesick puppy dog who may confuse GFE with a real girlfriend.  It doesn't take much for a sappy client to fall in love with a provider who shows him a little affection.  Those are the guys who become stalkers.
