My boobs done does any one have any suggestions on good doctors in Las Vegas or even California? Im so much worried about the price, i just want to find a really good and reputable doctor. also Im petite so how big should I get them..... I was thinking about a "c-cup" any suggestions.

However, I understand why you may want bigger boobs....we guy pigs can be shallow and think bigger boobs means hotter sex!   We all know that's not true.  So if you're going to go thru with it....your choice of surgeon is so very important!  I don't know names.  But, hopefully, you have PM access.  I'll send you some suggestions via PM.

If you get them big, go moderate. I'm so tired of big, fake boobs! They look great in clothes, but not so great naked, IMHO. For every guy who loves 'em huge, there's a guy like me who doesn't.

If your so compelled . Keep it all proportionate . Personally I would say just be natural, but it's not my decision . You have to be happy with yourself .

I think they look perfect just the way they are.  And, I'll be in Vegas in December.  Maybe you'll give me a chance to talk you out of it then.

I love em. If you get them, get them big enough for a good Russian massage. Looking at them is cool, but using them is even better. IMHO

is "all natural" thing is the politically correct response. I'm speaking for all the shy embarrassed hobbyists that like big boobs. If you don't give them accurate responses they can't make an informed decision.

I would agree with the others that have said you should be very happy with your look.

y, it's cool, I know how you roll, buddy!  But while there are certainly some wonderful enhanced boobies to fondle, there have been many a bad set and, well, personally, I'm more into other elements of the encounter.  "nuff said!

I've never been a fan of implants. I don't mind a lady who has a handful and that's it also.

always go bigger than you think.  Really.  When the swelling goes down you will be disappointed.  
I know of an excellent doctor in Scottsdale.  He does reconstructive as well as cosmetic.
