I usually see providers in my own hotel room, but the thought of a spa or massage parlor has been turning me on lately. Anybody have any recommendations? Also- if I go during the day on a week day am I doomed to have less than stellar ladies-- like the day shift at a strip club? Any stories/reviews/advice on massage/spas would be greatly appreciated.

I'd also love to hear about ANY place or provider with great incall.

I have found very few Provider's that give a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) type massage--if that is part of what you are after. So I go to Happy Feet on Arville just South of Tropicana--near THE Orleans casino (Lots of dealers go there-even Bellagio dealers) because it is $20 for an hour of the best massage you will ever have. All Chineese women and a few men but very very well trained. Clientel is 70% men 30% women. The I get a Provider to come to place to finish up the evening. Dividing and conquering seems to work best for me. Have not found a massage parlor in Las Vegas that Provides a "happy ending" where the Provider is NOT oriental, and usually in a rush and place is a bit seedy. If you find a nice massage parlor with Caucasian or LAtina women that look hot and give unrushed service, I would also be interested.
