I can't find the site or link--maybe simply where the details of the bill itself are listed--but I recall reading that it affects sex work whether legal or illegal.  I also read something about porn being locked or blocked or deleted from Google drive accounts...sorry I'm not doing my best as my brain is fried researching this for a few days!

Thanks everyone for the discussion.  Hugs and take care.

They also have websites to promote themselves. Does this new law attack those websites?

Shouldn’t.  They are a legal entity with already established anti-human trafficking rules.  Nobody can sue them.  They are very vanilla and never talk about prices.

They don’t talk about prices? I thought they had an extensive flirty menu? No?…

SESTA doesn't differentiate between legal and illegal sex workers, so It could have an affect on the NV brothels.  A good number of the brothel providers use social media, personal websites, and discussion forums to promote themselves, as well as keeping their customers informed of their schedules.  They can't solicit sex for money outside of the physical boundaries of their brothels, since that is NV state law, but they can still promote themselves in other ways similar to Indies.  So if those avenues of promotions are taken away, it could impact their business too.
