Shouldn’t. They are a legal entity with already established anti-human trafficking rules. Nobody can sue them. They are very vanilla and never talk about prices.

A good number of the brothel providers use social media, personal websites, and discussion forums to promote themselves, as well as keeping their customers informed of their schedules. They can't solicit sex for money outside of the physical boundaries of their brothels, since that is NV state law, but they can still promote themselves in other ways similar to Indies. So if those avenues of promotions are taken away, it could impact their business too.
