hands down  SW ...  been to all three (and many others, probably all the major ones on and off the strip.  ..big vegas steakhouse fan)  ...  best food .. but also best service by far ..and of course the lake of dreams .. make certain to ask for a table close to the windows for a good view.    SW has a very upscale crowd / vibe as you would expect ....    if your partner is youngish ..  STK might be more "hip"  

Not bad choices all around but I would go with STK at the Cosmo out of the 3...

I was at STK last week and was unimpressed. (Yes, I know there’s a fan base here..). There are steakhouses on Fremont I’d go to before Mastro’s.

SW is still king, IMO.

With friends I enjoy the energy at STK (it may be a bit too loud having a conversation with your date)  
Mastros is great when I feel like shopping before or after dinner )  
SW is my favorite for an amazing meal, atmosphere, maybe sit outside, enjoy the waterfall, the show and your lovely date  🥰

SW hands down

Impeccable service and food. STK way too loud and not all that great of steaks IMO.
I really like Mastros but I feel that the steaks are better at SW.
Steakhouses is my favorite place for dinnerdates
