Preferably close to cosmo and non pretentious.  Fun.

Holstein's shakes and buns. The steakhouse and the billionaire burgers are great. Shakes are great as well .

to the restaurant Beauty Essex I think that is what it is called it is in the Cosmo Hotel.
It is a tapas restaurant with a bar in the front they play music VERY LOUD music it was like I was in a nightclub.
Might be cool for a guys or ladies night out but I was on a date the loud music made it a bit difficult to have a conversation. The food was ok the service well....I have had better service at other restaurants in Cosmo.
I would suggest what Kat mentioned Blue Ribbon Sushi I have eaten there so many times I have lost count and Milo's(very good greek restaurant)

However,if you don't mind walking to the Aria I would suggest Javier's Mexican Restaurant,Jean Georges steakhouse(MY FAVORITE restaurant)BarMasa(japanese sushi not sure if they are still open might want to check)

Have fun!

IMHO, secret pizza is more of a gimmick about the place being hard to find.   The pizza itself is nothing to rave about.   There is better pizza to be had on the strip.  CLose to the Cosmo, try the Five50 Pizza bar inside the Aria.

It's the best pizza to be found...and if it's past 4am and the pizza joint is closed then the wings at the 24 hr cafe are to dye for.

For Spanish tapas and paella, along with other dishes, Jaleo at the Cosmopolitan. STELLAR food and not crazy expensive. My other fav, you can walk to it, is Todd English PUB at Crystals at City Center, right next to Aria. The lobster rolls are to die for, but they have an expansive menu of pub type food along with a killer beer list to suit any tastes.

I am a foodie and much prefer a laid back atmosphere with great service, than the super attentive, pretension that you get in some fine dining restaurants. It always feels like you never can relax and enjoy yourself, you know? lol

You have some great choices on this thread! Enjoy!

Holsteins or Eggslut in Cosmo are two of my favorites in town! Dessert's on me. Literally.

xo

Guy Fieri's at the Linq is a great choice for a casual dining experience,
The menu includes yUmMy burgers, variety of wings, tacos and such..

The sports bar theme makes it comfortable to just throw on some comfy jeans and enjoy a meal.

Yum yum yum!

Bon appétit
