Still under construction , it's 55 stories high and is scheduled to open in early 2014

I was hoping to ride it (and maybe have a provider ride me during the ride) in November. I heard it had enclosed seats that you couldn't see thru and took about 45 minutes. Not sure what we'd do the other 43 minutes.
