I don’t require a deposit.
I will say in Vegas it is hard as someone will reach out and set something for the following week and I will clear my schedule and then they will bail. Sometimes it’s Vegas and a little too much alcohol, or you put too much money in the slot machine. Is it me or has something changed with advanced booking?
I visit vegas maybe 1-2 times year for meetings and generally like to book with a provider 1 week or so in advance. I am seeing on quite a few provider profiles where they are now requesting a deposit for an advance booking but not for meeting with 24 or less notice.
I find that a bit odd…just curious on what has changed

If you only booking an hour I don't ask a deposit, but if you're booking 2hrs or more I do ask for a small deposit. I myself am a planner and the amount of client who flake and cancel these days is out of control

I don't see why they would not require a deposit to book with, less than 24 hrs notice that is baffling.
I require full payment at the time of booking if you're requesting 24 hrs, or less notice for priority.
I will move my pretty culo Muy rapido if I get paid in full. I can be hot & ready. Fast. 🤑 Hair done, nails done, face painted, dressed to kill...
I definitely require a deposit whether it's a month out, or same day. That just ensures that no one flakes, and "can you be here ASAP" are notorious for flaking. If anything last min appointments should have a higher deposit in my opinion!
Find the ones who don’t require a deposit. Plenty of good ones out there.
You can book me without a deposit but it doesn't mean I trust there's going to be a date that's the deal
Nowadays people book all the time and never show up or never follow through so that's why girls have asked for deposits because if we know you're serious then we count on it
So you can book me and if you don't put a deposit I don't know if you're serious so I don't know if it's real and another the day before if you confirm then and I see you we're good to go everything great but nowadays people don't show up they don't confirm they just don't follow through so there's a lot of fantasy Bookers a lot ask any provider we get fantasy booked probably five times a week and I'm probably counting that low..
So to your point a deposit means you're serious we take you serious that's all and most girls only require a smaller deposit like me I only need something to show that you're serious so my cancellation fee is $200 so the deposit's $200 you cancel I keep the $200 it's your cancellation fee you've already paid it so if you cancel you're covered it's a win-win for both of us so I know you're serious and you know you're serious but I don't always need a deposit you don't have to send a deposit you can book me without a deposit but I don't know if you're serious and if something else comes up that's serious with a deposit who do you think I'm going to go for just being a serious business woman being that you're probably from a business world and you're a serious businessman what would you take as the guarantee the person with the deposit or the person who booked you that you don't know from Adam from Eve just saying...

Vegas is a little different these days than it used to be.Years ago, a gent could book few weeks, six months,or even a year in advance,we would keep light contact leading up to the date and he would show up as planned.
There wasn't alot of endless texting, daily chatting,or last minute uncertainty attached to it.
Now many providers experience something very different with advanced bookings.
A gent may reserve a long appointment far ahead of time but then expect constant communication leading up to it-daily text, ongoing conversations, repeated questions, emotional energy, and time invested well before the actual meeting ever happens.Them, unfortunately when the date gets close, cancellations happen more often than they used to.
Vegas especially has a high cancellation rate compared to other cities. My homebase is Vegas but I tour all around the US.
People arrive here and plans change quickly.Friends come into town unexpectedly, gambling budgets disappear, business trips get rearranged,wives/girlfriends decide to come at the last minute, flights change,or they simply decided to do something else.Sometimes we hear the same "family emergencies"repeatedly.
The reason some providers ask for deposits on advanced bookings isn't always about the assumption client will cancel.
They might want to protect their time.Holding several hours especially during a busy convention means potentially turning away others. A deposit ensures both people are serious and respectful of each other's time.
With appts booked within 24hrs some might feel the risk of cancellation is lower since the gent is already in town.
Short notice appts can still cancel but statistically speaking odds are that the shorter notice appt will be more reliable.
Personally,I do NOT ask for deposit for advanced bookings. I do appreciate the gents who plan ahead. In my experience the best clients who reserve early, communicate respectfully, and follow through. But I can also understand providers adopting a deposit policy especially in Vegas where cancellations have become more common.
