Cosmo - Elevator Keys Now Needed

Just a heads up for everyone. It’s the end of an era - the Cosmo is now requiring elevator keys to get to rooms (and your key only works for your floor, so you can’t piggyback off other riders).  I know it’s been a favorite for many due to the lack of need in the past.  The place is going downhill now that MGM is in charge.

I have 2 room keys. I give one to my “friend” and tell her to take a separate elevator but meet me on my floor.
DO NOT give her your room # and get the key back from her when she meets you on the floor your room is on.
Easy peasy.

You say do not give her the room#? If you get they key back as soon as both of you get in the room what is the issue?
Just my opinion if you have to worry about if the provider is going to do something with your key you have picked the wrong lady.I have gents give me their 2nd key and not one time has anyone refused to give me their room#
If you feel comfortable doing what you described don't change it was just wondering the reasoning.
Thank you

Agreed. I don't even leave my house for our date unless you have given me your room info including the number

Why not just go down to the lobby and pick her up and have a nice ice breaking ride back up to the room.
No one from the hotel cares about who you bring to your room.
Why all the cloak and dagger stuff ? Hiding keys under planters, secret agent key transfers.
Keep it simple.

Not everyone comes here on vacation by himself. Some gents are here for conventions/business and they do not need their colleagues to see them with a provider. Especially if he is married which is the majority of my clientele.
Someimes the cloak and dagger stuff os needed (okay maybe not that extreme lol)
But I have done this quite a bit of times had a gent pass me his extra key and we go up separately I've had no issues

This is why I think in-call is the answer. I live here now, but I still only do in-call unless I've made arrangements for an extended date, and then we generally meet up at a bar/lounge.

I started a thread in hopes of getting a list of hotels that don’t require a key. And a list of hotels that are easy to navigate for the girls.

It seems all MGM properties need an elevator key.

How about Caesars? I know horseshoe doesn’t. Staying there next month.

Horseshoe does require a key most of the time. Even Flamingo and Planet Hollywood require keys now.
