Edge or Primal?

Been to Golden Steer, Prime, Delfriscos, Herbs and Rye, Joes..

From all the stellar reviews Primal has I somewhat skeptical considering it is attached to Boulevard mall on Maryland Parkway but is was phenomenal  

The ambience is kinda gothic medieval Game of thrones esc but food was a mix of standard but very elegantly presented/plated steakhouse faire and a few Peruvian/central American inspired dishes

The Primal beef stew and short rib were top notch
Portions were above normal strip places so can't be mad at that

Now I have 2 restaurants to try

Not a steakhouse guy though love steak. I think mgm craft steak is fucking phenomenal. Just don’t let the waiters try to up sell you into way more fucking beef.
