Who likes to parteee??  Thought so!  I've found the perfect party house.  And it just so happens it's in foreclosure.  I'm just a lil' bit short of the down-payment.   Just imagine the kick-ass good times we could host in this lil' hacienda!

Take a look at Photo 10.  There's no toilet paper in the bathroom!  You spend 8 figures on a house, and you would expect the seller to throw in a roll of toilet paper!!
