I don't know about that. From the looks of it he's been giving out fair scores since he's started, and hasn't had any trouble reviewing someone every month or two for awhile now...

 
Also worth mentioning, if you read the reviews it's pretty clear why he's given out 2's in performance. One she literally did nothing but upsell, the other was literally just a massage with zero extras.

He's likely taking the 9-10 ratings as literally "Forgot it was a service" and "once in a lifetime".

 

Realistically, this is more honest than 90% of reviewers and is something that I look for when reading reviews. Someone who gives exclusively high scores is much harder to trust than someone who uses a score based on how the session actually went.

This is one of the primary reasons I gave up giving reviews years ago. If you lookup this man's 19 reviews you see that he is inline with everyone else who reviewed these providers. An honest 8 or a 7 should not be a problem for 95% of the providers  in Vegas. This means a hot woman who gave a better than expected service. I would take that with anyone in the business.

Have seen two providers he reviewed and he definitely scores significantly lower than the ladies deserve.  Even his narrative does not match the number rating in those two we both reviewed.

Of course the process is totally subjective but then again, not all who review here are accomplished writers.
