Hi All. Coming into Vegas Sunday for conference, wondering if any insight as to whether the Cosmo is a good/safe place to meet/entertain. Searched posts and found info on hotels but not Cosmo. Thx in advance

No problem to have a lady come see you.If it will make you more comfortable you can always come down and meet her somewhere in the hotel. It is a wonderful hotel very nice rooms.
Have fun here in Vegas!

As the alias said about Vice/in house is just as bad. i highly agree with him/her.Elevators need key cards but its easy to hop on with someone else going up.Cosmo is one of my favorite  due to me hating  casinos that smell like a smoke box.UGH.

Have a great trip ;-)

Thx All. Appreciate it. Little confused though on all the vice talk. I'm obviously not real experienced but assume you mean as far as trying to pick someone up(for lack of better term) by just meeting them there and that meeting well reviewed ladies such as yourselves is ok(even to have a drink downstairs) as far as vice following you or a lady up to your room?
Sorry if it's a dumb question and thx again.

I think what they mean is that if you were hanging around the hotel trying to pick up a lady at the bar or just walking around. That would not be recommended but meeting a well-reviewed lady somewhere in the hotel or just have her come right up to your room is not an issue. No one is going to follow you to your room.
Hopefully,that helps you out.

Something good to know as a practical matter, the corner balcony rooms are a bit more than the normal balcony rooms, but the balcony wraps around two sides and the rooms also include washer/drier which may be of use after an rendezvous...  or in case you have some domestic fantasy about having someone on a running appliance!  :-)

I have not been in one yet but I have it booked for an upcoming Vegas trip.  I have seen the inside of the lobby area and the balconies from the outside, it seems like an amazing place to stay.
