sorry when I responded it I did not see the envelope so you are not posting under an alias so disregard that part.If you have not already invest in VIP that little amount is so worth it to avoid a headache!

So while in Vegas I see a provider that did not have any reviews on here.  After having tried another one that did have a review but I was still disappointed, I decided to go for her.  She had a very good and detailed ad and said she was on the cover of magazines, but was not very clear about her price.  It stated "$1000/hr min.", so I figured it meant 30mins to 60mins would be at least that much.  Nothing was discussed in email/calls but when she got there we chatted for a while and after collecting the fee of 1000 she asked me what I wanted to do.  I said at least an hour and she goes on to say her parties for that long is usually 6 to 7K....I was almost shocked.  Not was I only shocked by also very pissed that was not clear about any of this before hand.  Then I told her then if she can drop the time, her answer was that I need to tell her the max I'm willing to spend...at this time I figured since I"m ready into it for 1000 why not increase it to 2K.  I told her 2 was it and she went to change.

She comes back almost naked, gets on top of me just lays herself on me.  Long story short she would not do anything and I ended up asking her to leave.  I told her that she needs to be more clear on her ad.  For starters it should say "meet and greet" starting at 1000, 1 hour 5K...so that clients have an idea.  She disagreed and said it was my fault for not understanding the ad clearly.

I am confident I got ripped off by her and it was a very good learning lesson.  Am I wrong on this?

You know about TER. you read the site and postings .. you know about stings etc . YET every day someone is posting about getting ripped off ?

HOW is this possible ?

If a provider doesnt have reviews it doesnt mean she isnt a bad provider heck we all start somewhere.. BUT you dont gamble with providers in vegas of all places!!!!

If a provider starts the upsale game.. simply say NO, Give me my money back and then leave or ask her to leave. Simple.

Yes,you did 100% got ripped-off!I am sorry to say but from the situation it does sound like it was your fault there was not enough research on your part but no one deserves to be ripped-off period!You said you saw a lady before the lady you described that had a review did you mean 1 review?That is why many people will tell you to stick with Well-Reviewed ladies and I do not mean 1 or 2 reviews.I mean a history of reviews where you can read and perhaps inquire with the guys who wrote the reviews if you want more info.The situation you described happens all the time here in Vegas look a few posts below almost the same scenario the only difference is the dollar amount being spent and the sites where you find these ladies.But,the bottom line is always the same the guys wind up disappointed and many time really pissed!This site is wonderful to do research there is so much valuable info being that you posted this with an alias I can assume you have VIP so question why not research this very board you posted on to find a well-reviewed lady?There are many of us out there in Vegas hell for the amount of money you spent you could have had 2 ladies come over at the same time.
Sorry to hear about what happened to you but hopefully guys will read this and know that is pays to do your research have a fabulous time and a huge grin on your face versus being out that kind of money for absolutely nothing!

so often recently. I just don't get it. If one is aware of and a member of TER it is so easy to do research, find a few ladies you might want to see, Pm guys that have seen them and reviewed them if you have any questions, and then try and make arrangements. There are hundreds of well reviewed, highly reliable providers in Vegas. I just don't see how this could possibly happen so often.

Whatever happened to  "If it looks to good to be true, it always IS too good to be true."  Between this post and the one I answered late last week, I'm absolutely dumbfounded.  NOT dumbfounded that it is happening, but how in the world can it happen to guys who read this site BEFORE they go out and do something so stupid!

I saw her several years ago in Chicago when she used to go by Gabriella. I didn't prepare for my trip and wasn't planning on hobbying, but we know how that goes! In my hotel room I searched some ads on eros but didn't have access to reviews at the time and I settled on her. Back then (04/05) she was charging $$$$$ an hour, I booked one hour. Got to Incall and was floored by her looks and little head completely took over. She informed me she had a strict one cup per hour rule, so I paid for 2 hours like a schmuck. She then went on to inform me of all her other rules, which were numerous. 90 minutes and two boring, mechanical cups later I'm walking out the door and turn around to wave goodbye. I caught her with a disgusted look on her face like she was relieved that it was finally over and I was the most disgusting troll she ever had to deal with. She saw me looking and instantly put on a fake smile, waved, and closed the door.

I am happy to report that I have never met anyone as fake and shallow as her since. Of course I always do my homework these days.

6-7K? Wow, that's utterly absurd.

HeartBreaker69 is right, she's a notorious scam artist and rip off girl from way back.  Used to be discussed on this board often 5 to 7 years ago.

My "favorite" story about her was that as she would leave the hotel room (after collecting the money but performing no service) she would tell clients not to try to follow her and retrieve their money, as she had bodyguards waiting outside, and that these bodyguards were members of an NFL team's practice squad.

Unreal.

Sorry it happened to you.  Submit a review, immediately.  Save some other people the grief that you went through.

thanks for all of the replies but please keep in mind that some of us are very new to this.  I have been using this site more and more recently and obviously after this experience I am never ever going to see someone without multiple reviews.  One thing that I did not do which would have definitely avoided this situation was to post in the forums.  But I didn't even know about the forums until this situation came up and I needed to go somewhere to talk about it.  I'm not stupid, just have very little experience on this.

So how come there is not a single bad review on her? I have tried to join the VIP for the sole purpose of writing a bad review but my credit card transaction keeps getting denied.  Honestly I'm ready to spend whatever money it takes to put some negative reviews about her to do what I can so this doesn't happen to someone else that is checking the site for reviews.

Any suggestions??

You don't need to be a VIP member to submit a review.  You can submit a review as just a basic member.  You only need a VIP membership to read reviews.

Way, way back she used to have reviews (pretty much all of them of experiences like yours) under the name of Gabriella.  But they disappeared.  Most likely she requested to have herself delisted.  A girl can do that, she can voluntarily request to have herself delisted.  But, not only will there be no reviews of her (whether they be bad or good), she can not advertise or make any kind of post on a discussion board, and other members can not mention her on a discussion board, except to report on rip off experience (such as what you did).

Now, I am not an expert on TER policy, but after doing a little research it would appear that the answer is: No.

Here is a direct quote (copy and paste) from the Review FAQ in the TER Info & Policy section:

MY REVIEW WAS REJECTED BECAUSE THE PROVIDER WAS DELISTED. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
The provider has asked to be taken down, banned, was caught posting false reviews, has retired, etc. In short, we won’t carry information about her anymore.

The way I read that is that if a review, any review, is submitted on a delisted provider, it will be rejected.  However, it is possible I am wrong.
