LMT here, love doing deep pressure work

Various forms of heat and modalities are use to warm up the tissue first, so that going deep doesn't have to be painful. Because there is such a thing as good pain and not so good pain, right?  

My technique has been modified for a bed instead of a massage table. I also use a portable headrest so that your upper body is in proper alignment and comfortable, in order to really work out your neck and shoulders, where the majority of tension is found. A mind blowing HJ that is better than a BJ releases any tension left after the massage.
