LP can ask for whatever rate structure she wishes. If the Vegas market won't support it, she'll find out soon enough based on the number of clients she sees.

My concern is more with her announcing the Vegas tour dates, the same day that she arrives. Doesn't allow time for the Vegas client who likes to plan ahead(like me), and probably rules out a lot of clients who are already in Vegas, having fun, and probably not spending too much time in front of the room TV with internet access, or in front of their lap tops.
