It helps to know what your type and budget is and how long you want to spend with each provider.  Expect to pay around $350-400/hr for a good independent (and shoot for a couple hours at least).

The review database is pretty good to narrow down your choices as to what type of provider.  You'll need to be a member to get an idea of services offerred and costs.  I tend to look for multiple good reviews from multiple sources (checking here and a couple other sites).

Generally, stay away from agencies, stick with the quality independents.  Unless you're in the mood for a hunt, bar girls and dancers in gentlemen's clubs are poor choices.

You should check out Roxanne.  She only does incall, so you have to go to her, but she's definitely worth the trip.  (She's real close to the strip.)  The link to her web site is below.

It all really depends on what you like, and what you are looking for.   Your budget will play a factor as well.  A little more info would be helpful, and the sooner you start making contact the better.  You are not giving yourself a lot of lead time to make dates.

Most of the top independents in Vegas ask for a 350 donation for an hour of there time.   Your best bet is to stick with the independents.

The quality independents will charge you $350-400/hr (and some charge more).  And an hour is not a lot of time, 1.5-2 hours is probably what you want for quality time (IMHO).
