I am in vegas and I am new to this board. Last time I was in Vegas, I did a craigslist with no knowledge about TER and it was a big mistake. From my experiences with PERB.ca I know know it is invaluable to go on something like this.

I am trying to find a younger spinner, but do you guys have any recommendations. I was trying to contact Natalie Thomas, but she hasn't gotten back to me. That's a shame because of her fantastic reviews and from everything else, looks gorgeous.

While you are correct that she is not eligible for the 10's, it is in poor taste for other providers to gang bang her like this on a thread.

In addition, you posted VIP info on your other post (within this thread), which is not allowed.

Every reputable provider will require screening, so be prepared.  Have you used the TER review database search function?  It works well.

One guy that reviewed my over the summer actually called and yelled at ME because his score was knocked down.  Like I have any control over that or would knock down my own scores.

Perhaps, she no longer provide one of the service required for the 10 and she had the staff removed it from her profile. I do not see why you bring this up against her...

Grade Inflation is common in the reviews.  Lots of Performance 9s and 10s do not meet TER criteria for a 9 or 10.  I've seen this with a number of reviews of popular providers on this very board.  Not sure why sometimes the criteria are enforced and other times they are not.

As for the "profile" you posted (which I agree was inappropriate), those services are entered by the first reviewer and usually not changed for subsequent reviews.  I don't think the provider can change them without requesting a correction or can they?

It is possible that she had her profile changed.  However, she only has 4 reviews total beginning last month.  Her last 2 reviews were this month and are still tagged "NEW", both being 10/10.  So, it is not likely that she has had a chance to change her services offered and get her TER profile updated in such a short time.

Like I said, nothing against her. Seeing that both of those last 2 reviewers are white listed, I figure she is just a girl trying to give good service like most of us are.  (When I say "most of us", I mean girls that post on this board.)

About the screen shot, if LittlePhil thinks that it is a problem, I have not problem taking it down.  However, it is only 1/2 of 1 provider profile that is a topic of this particular thread.  Not like I gave anybody access to my entire VIP account.  I will PM him right now and ask him to make a final decision about it.

but even if you hadn't misread her profile and she offered all those things, if the particular review didn't mention them, we are used to having the scores we submit lowered by the "people, lol" at TER who approve (or not) our reviews!

I have no idea what possesses a (this) provider to air her grievances at the expense of a new provider?
Perhaps she ought to spend more time on herself and achieving better scores than questioning every reviewer, TER rep, the TER scoring criteria, and conspiracy against her.
I think if you write enough reviews eventually TER might lower a score or two.
But frankly who gives a fuck, and who's business is it what another provider is doing or not doing?

I am tempted to think these are the ramblings of a bitter provider on the decline. I don't know for sure but I do know there is no reason for her behavior, and no reason ever under any circumstance to justify using another provider as an example...

I have good faith in people and since she was introduced by Miss Cartier, I have a good feeling about this.

But it is my right is ask questions and express my opinions.  I pointed out some facts and expressed my opinion on them.

I don't have time to keep up with many profiles.  Sometimes I do scan the new reviews or just poke around a bit when I tour to a city that I am not too familiar with, but not much more than that.  This girl's profile just happened to come up on a day that I decided to participate on this message board.  (Something that I don't do very much anymore.)  I am not the one who brought her up.  I hadn't even heard about her until yesterday.  It brought her a lot of publicity that she wouldn't have gotten otherwise.

I did give the poster 3 different recommendations.

All this technical stuff does have to do with me.  It has to do with every girl who has a profile on TER.  A couple of other ladies contacted my yesterday to tell me that they were glad that I said something.  They don't appreciate their scores getting knocked down either, but are too afraid to say something.

Interesting to see that everybody with something negative to say to me uses an alias.....  If you alias is trying to insinuate that I hate other girls, that it not true.  I have always been the one who has tried to bring the girls together (something that I am not going to get into) and I did recommend 3 other ladies when the post originator said that he couldn't get a hold of the one that he wanted.  Not to mention, I have a Friends page that lists many different ladies on it.  Some that I love to pieces, some that I am not too fond of, but all that I know give good service and want to recommend.  I am back to posting that link on message boards, since I had to walk away from LVDelight, when giving a general recommendation.

When we give good service, it should be rewarded and acknowledged, but equally and fairly.

Yes, I have been bitter about this since '99.  But until 2002 when Charles and Steve got arrested and the bow-wow site went downhill, I didn't much care.  Then TER came to power and I was forced to care.  In 2003 Erin O'Bryn and I got our first double review.  The guy gave us a 10 and it was knocked down to an 8.  I was like 'told ya so' because she hadn't believed me until then.  She begged TER to stop knocking down my scores, and they did - for the most part.  I was cool with it for year and accepted it all - the good, the bad and the bullshit.  With the exception of 2 reviews.  One that called me petite and one that was just over-the-top.  I had to resort to posting about them on this board to get both of them removed since I got no response when I e-mailed TER.  All was good, until a recent and possibly bogus review got me all annoyed.

Yes, I do "know better" mostly because this is pointless and a losing battle.  All I was going to do was to post my incall specials.  Instead I got sucked into all of this and still haven't posted my specials.  Not just the posting.  It triggered a bunch of PMs, phone calls and a few e-mails.
