I never expect any snacks but it is always greatly appreciated and thoughtful for those who take the time to provide them. In the past I have had gentleman provide cheese plates, chocolate, or a small fruit tray. Those were perfect because they were light and settling. Plius who doesn't love fruit or chocolate

with a cheese plate or fruit plate.As far as drinks go I would ask the provider or providers what their preferences are.
Some ladies do not drink so maybe cold bottle water or perhaps some wine/champagne of course unopened.
I hope you and your wife have a fantastic time here in vegas.

Having libations and snacks is always a great idea. I like to keep it light , fresh fruit and water are always a good idea.
I tend to bring my own wines and champagnes unless we have similar tastes. I hate having my friends pay triple the price for a bottle of wine via room service so that's usually my treat !!!
Your date will definitely appreciate you asking her preferences !

That is very thoughtful of you. Snack and beverages (besides water) are never expected on 1 h or 1.5 hours rendezvous, but are always appreciated. As the ladies already mentioned, light snacks as chocolate (seems to be a favorite), fruit and cheese plates , bottle of water and maybe  wine if you drink as well. The main point with beverages is that they are unopened, so you can do so in front of the lady(ies). You can get snacks and beverages at reasonable prices at Walgreens/ CVS. I mention that because seems that in other states drugstores don't sell alcohol, but here they do.
