Sorry for asking this question. But it was either this or beat my head against the wall trying to decide.
I'm setting up my reservations for my next trip to Vegas, and i can't decide on wether to stay at Treasure Island, or theHotel@MandalayBay. For a four night stay they are roughly the same price. Both have there pluses and minuses. But wich of the two would you people perfer to stay at and why?

Before i moved here, I stayed at several of the strip properties. In my honest and professional opinion(I used to work in the hotel/conference business), Mandalay Bay has always been one of the best places to stay. Period. theHotel is the upscale part of Mandalay Bay, and if the rates are the same as ti, then there is no choice. Stay at theHotel. You will not regret it.

You're going to be in a suite in THEhotel at Mandalay Bay.  Not sure what you priced out at TI.

Depends on what you're looking for in terms of amenities both in room and on property and what interests you nearby.  For instance, TI is very close to the Mirage, Venetian, and Wynn, plus you have Fashion Show Mall (with some good restaurants there with the shopping).  If I were going primarily to play poker, I might pick TI over Mandalay Bay.

Dollar for Dollar "The Hotel" is way better than the TI.....but what others have said TI is a better location....If you have a rental car then who cares!
