Have any of you providers or hobbyists ever been........well you know, busted.........for offering or accepting..."services?"
Am not planning on it and think I do my best to avoid it.........but I believe knowing a bit about this "process" would provide valuable insight. Thank you in advance for sharing.
Someone who might want to share a tip to help other hobbyists? or someone who just doesnt really care took it in their stride. You do realise if you have no priors you can get it dropped? (as Kat did) You simply have to agree to take an aids education class. Theoretically, if you simply agree to do this each time you got done - you could keep on getting busted but never have a record. (this is what ive been informed by lawyers around time.. I keeo a few numbers in my phone in case touch wood it ever comes to that) What they also tell me is the reason most ppl end with a record is because they get caught a number of times, dont have this information and they get more than one charge and they dont get it handled correctly so can no longer use the loophole.
Im not saying anything here a good lawyer around town wouldnt tell you - in fact you can google this and read it direct on many of their websites.
You are a gem.........thank you for sharing.......did not think it unreasonable to find out also from a "hobbyist's" perspective. I feel completely anonymous here and if I had been busted would have no problem providing valuable advice to other hobbyists.
But.......hobbyists are people too.........some assholes...........and some very decent people.
