I don't know where you're staying but most hotels have a selected pool that's open and heated. It seems like a good day to sit by the pool, if it was me.
Or check out The Shops at Crystals by the Aria and lunch at Javier's.
Or check out the outlets by the strip, or close by.
And last, and a last resort... you can go to Bugsy's bar at the Flamingo and get hit on by my friends...lol
