Legally, brothel girls are not allowed to tour and it's usually against brothel policy for them to "moonlight" as indies.  I've known a few who work UTR, but they'll only see their former brothel customers outside the ranch.

Some brothel girls do openly escort when they're not working at the brothels or decide to make the move to indie permanently.  Miss Frenchie Rose use to work at the Love Ranch (the BunnyRanch's sister brothel).  I haven't seen her posting on the TER board for awhile, but she's on my "to do" list if I ever make it back to Vegas.
