I'm in SoCal. Usually make it to Vegas twice a year but obviously haven't made the trip since 2019.
I've heard casino restaurants are serving but no buffet and no bars within casino are serving....true?

Was there last weekend and correct, no buffets from what I saw.  However, bars are open but a few restrictions as you would imagine.  Video poker machines have dividers between them, at bars need to always have mask(lower mask, sip, raise mask), have to be seated to be served, all while doing your best to social distance which is pretty tough in a place like Vegas.

The other poster is spot on regarding the bars. The only buffets Ive heard that are open in vegas are the one at South Point and Wicked Spoon at the Cosmo but I think theyre served/sit down style. I know Wynn tried doing their buffet but they shut down their buffet after customers didnt like the sit down/served style.

As of I think first week in January 2021, Wicked Spoon in Cosmo (who was doing sit down buffet) is ceasing operations until further notice.
