I'm frustrated because I've received several Incall requests, but I only offer Outcall.  

If you're a local, is Incall a mandatory requirement when booking a Las Vegas provider?  If so, is it necessary to be near the strip, or would the Henderson/Green Valley area be acceptable?

it would help.  I'm local and cant use my place and a lot of providers are out only so I don't get to see them unless I get a room. so yes, having a nice incall would help, prob not a big deal where other then poss hotel security issues.  love to see you if you get incall

As a semi-local (commuter distance, day trip) guy, incall is convenient for me but not a deal breaker. If I wanted to see someone bad enough I would schedule during the week when the hotel rates are cheaper and get a room. It is easier for me to go to incall though.  
You might get a few more gents if incall was offered. Anywhere in the valley is no problem for me. I like to avoid the strip actually.

Now, this is just my opinion based on my business patterns, which are atypical, and posts about this over the years, so take that for what it's worth. lol  

For the majority of guys, incall would be better for personal reasons, as others have mentioned. BUT, it seems to me that incall appointments are shorter as well. So if you are a dinner date, overnight type of woman, it may not be best to have a static incall. I could be completely wrong about that though, and it wouldn't be the first time! lol It's been often said too, that provider rates are an issue, maybe not for every local, but that seems to be the #1 complaint. So do you want to be higher volume at a lower rate, potentially?  

A lot of ladies who are outcall only will offer securing a room with or without a deposit, for the appointment. Some even have split the cost with the gent. Which, IMO is very fair, no monthly time & $$$ costs for you and the gent still can see you.  

I find it interesting how many guys say they would see a provider if she offered incall but in reality, how often would that be? Is your demand enough to justify supply? Do you expect a lower rate and/or shorter session? What is stopping you from getting an inexpensive room, or she one for you and seeing the lady? I am genuinely curious.  

One poster said you *might* get a few incalls a month. Might being the keyword. I would not make any business decisions based on a "might".  

I have never done an incall here, ever. Even with it now being an option (because it wasn't until a few months ago), a couple of locals expressed interest but nothing ever came of them. Literally & figuratively.  

Do what's best for you and your business. If the guys REALLY want to see you, they will figure out a way to make it happen regardless.

I'm not Vegas local, but when I'm seeing providers in my hometown, incalls are a must for me.  I would assume that Vegas locals probably think along the same lines.  I know that my preference wouldn't change if I were to move to Vegas.  Personally, I don't want to entertain providers at my residence and it can be inconvenient to have to reserve a hotel room, especially on short notice.

Vegas is also a unique town, since it caters to so many tourists and conventions.  I would think that the ratio of outcall requests would be much greater than incall requests vs. other cities.  So, you have to weigh the pros and cons, if you plan to invest in an incall location.  Will you get enough clients to cover the extra cost?  As an analogy, you could think of this in terms of being a traveling provider where you have to book x-number of clients in order to just break even.  Otherwise, you could lose money instead of making a profit, if you don't attract enough local clients.
