I read about best places to eat but breakfest ddin't see notting.
It's so much more relaxing. No line, no kids crying, etc. Encore & Wynn both have excellent room service for breakfast. I heard Bellagio is excellent also.
If you really want to eat out then you might want to try Jamm's Restaurant at 1029 S Rainbow Blvd.
Stop being lazy John and get out of bed lol (wink)
That's a really hard question to answer, lots of great breakfast places out there. It might just come down to where you're staying.
But if you're mobile, locals love Eggs & I and Egg Works (just won the Vegas Weekly award for Best Breakfast).
Hash House is also very popular, a Food Channel fave, with the added benefit of having a few hotel locations (Imperial, Plaza, The M), although if mobile the best choice might be the original on West Sahara. Just know you won't finish it, the dishes are huge and I'm not exxagerating. That's kind of their gimmick. That and it's country food. Google their wbsite and you'll see what I'm saying.
All that said, every town has good breakfast places. Know what every town doesn't have? Great breakfast buffets. You're in Vegas, do something Vegasie. Have breakfast at either Wynn, Rio or The M buffet (my personal fave) for not just great food but all that variety. And the prices for breakfast are quite reasonable, 11 bucks at the M.
Either way, bon appetit.
Their cafe is open 24/7. I've eaten all different times of the day and night there.

My favorite meal:
Order off menu:

For a diner style experience:
The Peppermill
Buffet:
Wynn
Bellagio
I like the Peppermill, Hash House a Go Go at IP. America restaurant at New York New York is good also...Smile it makes people wonder what you've been up too..
Service is great and you may bump into a star or two.
It looks like folks have provided good recommendations here!
My favorite is always breakfast in bed from room service, but I would also recommend Bouchon at the Venetian , although I'd recommend getting there by 9:30 or it gets pretty crowded!
One on Sahara and also one on the strip... unfortunately it is in the Imperial Palace but well worth it. Has won the top awards for MANY years.
the only thing about the Hash House A Go-Go is the portions are just so freaking huge!!! There are tons of great places to eat breakfast in Vegas.
3 locations, below is a review link
and their website is theeggworks.com
Love the one on West Sahara. I used to eat
There a few times a week when I lived there
Yummy.... Always a good choice!
The Blueberry Hill restaurants, numerous locations all over town, are very good for breakfast.
The Omlet House! Off strip local favorites. Reasonable prices and generous portions. 2 locations in the Henderson area; 1 in Summerlin & 1 on W. Charleston
I like their continental breakfast buffet. All the bagels & smoked salmon, awesome pastries, fruit, yogurt, granola, coffee & juice you can eat for around $20. Enjoy
Its not fancy but food was super good went to the one off Sahara.
Hash house is good - a ton of food.
tableau at Tower suites, very nice place and relaxing. They have all American Breakfast - coffee and juice included.
Society cafe at Encore (frosted flake french toast)
Of course the BEST breakfast is breakfast in bed with a nice provider.
Cutters has been ripping it up and the Bloody Mary's are BY FAR... The BEST in town.
The manager came up with the BM recipe and it's to DIE For...
The NY Strip and Eggs with a JC Bloody Mary on a Sat / Sun is Highly Recommended...
As always... nothing is ever frozen since they don't have a freezer...
Enjoy!
Best food and service I have found in Las Vegas and not only the best Breakfast but you can order off the full menu. And if you have a girl with you there is a small salad bar.
3300 East Flamingo Road
Las Vegas, NV 89121-4398
Del Mar Cafe on the westside, check it out on Yelp
